What data we process
For bookings: name, address, email, phone, requested service and date, and your message. For orders: name, email, phone, delivery address and items ordered. For the contact form: name, email and message.
Purpose
We use your data exclusively to process your request, booking or order, to handle payments and to communicate with you. We do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies and local storage
We only use technically necessary cookies, for example for the selected language. The basket is stored only locally in your browser.
Hosting and email
The website and data are hosted on servers of Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Our emails are also handled by Infomaniak.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). For this purpose, Stripe receives your name, email, the amount and the payment details you enter directly with Stripe. Card data never reaches our website. Stripe may also process data outside Switzerland; Stripe’s privacy policy (stripe.com/ch/privacy) also applies.
Disclosure
We only pass on your data where this is necessary for processing, for example to Swiss Post for delivery. We do not sell any data.
Retention
We retain booking and order data for as long as required by statutory retention obligations (generally 10 years for business records). We delete completed contact enquiries after 2 years at the latest.
Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time and request its correction or deletion. Write to us at info@luxusclean.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
